Spacious 3 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, two stories, front & back yard, parking, laundry and Google fiber. There are also multiple fireplaces! I have a very cute corgi (no other pets allowed). Great neighborhood just two blocks away from Fairmont park, 3 minute drive to shopping centers which includes Whole Foods, Target, etc. I am a 29 year old female, I have lived here for 8 years, and I love the area. I love to watch movies, hang with friends, and play with my dog! I have a full time job so I'll be out of the house 40 hours a week. I have a property management I rent through.
