Shared bathroom w/current male roomie. There is half bath someone could claim downstairs if you wanted more space/storage. Rent = $950 per month + utilities. You will have to show proof of renters insurance. Ample street parking available or garage spot for $50 additional a month. There are restaurants, bars, coffee shop and park close by and it is minutes from downtown and an easy commute to the UofU and 8 mins to the airport (30 seconds from I-15). Additionally, it is a few minutes away from the capital and City Creek trails. About me I am a working professional in healthcare in my late 20s (don't work from home and gone majority of the day). Hoping to live with a roommate I vibe with, would love to be friends if if we connect but also am very independent/respectful. When I am not working I enjoy running, hiking, biking, skiing and hanging out/hosting friends. Other roomie works downtown and enjoys cooking and hanging out with friends.
