At 15 years the neighborhood is mature, and safe, with mature landscaping, and mature neighbors. The street was recently refinished. It looks really good. This is still a very desirable neighborhood - still on the upswing. It is a neighborhood that will remain viable and desirable for many decades to come. New residents can invest here in confidence.
