  • Boost: Your rental will get pushed to the top of relevant search results every 7, 10 or 14 days — you choose your preference.
  • Featured Listing: Get eyes on it before scrolling fatigue sets in. Your property will appear as one of the top three listings in search results.
  • Custom Ribbon: A ribbon appears across the top of your listing, helping it to stand out in the crowd. You choose which selling point to highlight, i.e., “Well-lit,” “Quick access to TRAX,” “Family-friendly.”

Cross-promote your inventory to better manage your listings in Utah. When someone taps on your listing, a carousel of the other properties you have listed will appear at the bottom of their screen. You decide which rentals you want featured in this lineup. 

Screen potential tenants

KSL Homes can help you with tenant screening in Utah. When you choose the Tenant Screening option, a button will appear on your listing inviting potential renters to Get Screened. Once someone applies, you’ll receive a report with their rent-to-income ration as well as the renter’s risk level — how likely they are to be delinquent.

Managers of multiple properties requiring a more detailed report may opt for a paid plan with KSL. That would include an applicant’s:

  • Rental history
  • Criminal background
  • Credit history
