KSL has an ongoing commitment to improving the safety and quality of user experience on our platform. Starting Monday, January 27, KSL Homes will have a listing fee increase from $1 to $1.50 per day. This change allows us to further commit to the value that KSL offers to our community, as well as adapting to local market trends. 

This subtle adjustment ensures that we continue to provide a rewarding experience for everyone. KSL will be using the additional income from this fee to reinvest in platform enhancements that directly benefit our online community. Our goal is to bolster online safety measures and improve tools that will make our platform easier to navigate for all users. 

When to expect the listing fee change

Landlords and rental owners can expect to see this updated pricing on their weekly charges go into effect on Monday, January 27. 

Reminder: These charges reflect the daily listing fees from the previous week. If your listing remains active all seven days of the week, your charges the following Monday will be $10.50 instead of $7.

Why the listing fee change is happening

KSL Homes has charged $1 daily listing fees for years. The new $1.50 daily listing fee allows landlords and rental owners to still market their properties at an affordable price while reflecting current market trends. 

It also ensures KSL continues to grow and adapt to the needs in our community. The increase allows us to strengthen online safety measures, invest in platform improvements and enhance user experiences. 

Your listings will remain active on KSL Homes

Unlike KSL Classifieds listings, your rental listings on KSL Homes do not have a listing expiration date. Your listing will continue to run until you choose to take it down. Log in to review, update or manage your KSL Homes rental listing at any time.
