No pets allowed due to health concerns of the other occupants of the building. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or recreational drug use allowed. Absolutely no alcoholics, drug dependents or persons who habitually consume alcohol or drugs on a daily basis allowed. Refundable security deposit of $670 is required. I shall require a formal application with proof of income and credit and background checks through the Rentler application ($45 for the applicants account). If you are a new arrival in the US, without a credit history, you can still apply, but I’ll require other identifying documents and proof of your future ability to pay your rent.
