A private bathroom adjoins the bedroom and pocket doors open to a private front room/office with a large window opening to a south facing view of the City Creek wetlands. This room offers so much privacy and space it is amazing and very comfortable. Perfect for a professional or student who wants fabulous light and space for maximum comfort. The home has three other tenants, all of which are quiet, respectful and easy going. We cherish peace and comfort and everyone is respectful of gender preference, total honesty and absolute privacy. We are very very selective, and expect the new tenant to respect everyone's privacy and be respectful of the space, and especially be respectful of each person's desire to live in peace. Not the place for alcoholics, druggies, thieves, drama lovers or partiers. Utilities and internet are provided by landlord, without extra charge as long as you conserve energy and love the environment. This is really the perfect home. Located on a quiet street that dead-ends on the Jordan River Parkway. We have plenty of parks and across the street from the International Peace Gardens -the most beautiful gardens in Salt Lake City. A short walk to the market and variety stores. Minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, walking distance to markets, restaurants and bakeries. We have a wetland preserve next door, a wetland corridor across the street, the Jordan River parkway is a stones throw away and two massive parks for recreation and relaxation.  Our neighborhood is really fabulous!  Eclectic and intimate - we know everyone on the street.  Clean, quiet and perfect for individuals who want to be close to Salt Lake City but don't like to commute for hours. Only ONE person is allowed to rent the room.  The house is perfect for an individual who likes to keep to themselves, is clean and considerate of others, and enjoys a peaceful home.
