The house is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Must have a full time job or work part time and go to school part time. Right now the room is used as an office but I will be removing the office. The room can come furnished or not. I keep the house nice and clean and expect the same. $700 plus half of the utilities. $500 Security Deposit. This is a month to month lease. After 2 months it can become a longer term lease.
