1 Room $562.50 a month: Approximate crossroads; 400 S 900 E, Salt Lake (Near the U) - Quick access to Red Line Tracks. Recently remodeled home; carpeted floors upstairs, carpeting downstairs in living room, linoleum floors in dining room and kitchen; 1 1/2  bathrooms with linoleum flooring. Furnished and shared downstairs living room and dining room. Washer/dryer in a separate laundry room, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, central AC/heat, Google fiber, fully fenced in backyard with furnished patio.   Total house rent= $2,250/month = $562.50 per person. Monthly utilities (fiber optic internet + gas + electric + water + trash) = between $60-80/person. One of the four current tenants is looking to move out by the end of October. The new tenant will take over the lease for the remaining 10 months. Then an option may be offered to renew in July 2022. The room in question is the Upstairs bedroom. The bedroom is unfurnished. Currently, 3 tenants live here (3 guys); we are young professionals and college students in our mid 20’s, here to work hard, play hard. Mtn biking, cycling, skiing/boarding, soccer, rock climbing, hiking, camping, traveling, video games, shooting, golf, frisbee, yard games, drawing, painting, piano, you name it, one or all of us is involved in it. We often have friends over for small get-togethers, host the occasional party or BBQ, go out to the city, concerts, and other events. We are courteous of each other and the schedules/quiet hours that we each need to keep for work and school. The ideal potential roommate is clean, courteous, and someone who would be able to mesh with the people already living here and occasionally join in on a group activity. One person per room, so no couples.  Weekly household chores are divided up.  Pending your acceptance as a tenant, a background and credit check is required.
