We would like an outdoor loving quite roommate for our place. We are offering the lower main floor of our furnished house for rent for $1050, including utilities. My wife and I will be present for the summer from June to Septmber. From October till June we will be out of state working. During times we are home, we will stay in the master bedroom upstairs and share the lower floor. The tenant will have full and exclusive access to the lower floor, which includes a private bath, bedroom, kitchen, office, laundry, and living room. We are open to renting to a couple for $1250 including utilities. The property features an outdoor shower, hot tub, garden, Moon board climbing wall, and is located right next to a park. There is also plenty of storage space in the garage and basement, along with ample off-street parking. The bedroom is currently furnished, but we can remove the furnishings if needed. We kindly request that the tenant water the plants and feed our stray cats, whom we have been caring for (though they are not approachable). We also have an automatic feeder as well. We have a climbing wall and hot tub and a nice garden that you would have access to.
