My roommates and I are looking for another person to join our house in Sandy near 98th S and 700 E w/ your own private room starting ASAP-Dec 27th 2021. Rent is only $485/month (one of the cheapest in the valley) with utilities coming in at $50-$75/month. We are looking for someone responsible, reliable, and someone that fits well within our house dynamic. We are young men in our 20s, and all of us work full time. We keep a fairly clean house too.
