I am seeking to rent out my basement which has its own separate access door to full bedrooms with walking closets and one full bath. Can be separated out to just rent the rooms individually as well. The basement is fully finished and never lived in yet. Will be Building out kitchen within a month. Until then, renters can use upstairs kitchen. Downstairs has separate laundry, separate thermostat, separate, full bath, and separate entrance. Beautiful location with great view, and close and easy access to downtown Salt Lake. Quiet neighborhood. I intend to have a separate parking area as well for the renters. That will probably be a few months down the road, however. Until then, street parking is available.
