Upstairs bedroom with great natural light and built-in shelving. Access to full kitchen and some space in basement storage room. Shared bathroom upstairs with another tenant. Washer and dryer in the home, and will be on a schedule to make sure everyone has availability. While we love pets (two dogs living here currently) another dog would be difficult to accommodate. Cats or small animals are a definite no go for safety reasons. We (current three tenants) are all in our 30s working a blend of days and nights: a couple occupying the basement and a single male living upstairs. We do our best to keep noise and house guests reasonable and respectful as we live in a quiet neighborhood. All utilities are included in monthly rent. Security deposit is listed but we only ask first & last month rent in lieu of deposit; happy to discuss more if you’re interested in the room.
