Friendship is something that is acquired over time. However, rules and boundaries have to be created. Each renter can have this great relationship if both renter and tenant abide by the rules. These rules will be shared verbally as well as written constantly and repetitively so one will never use the weak human mind as an excuse. These rules include but are not limited to; you must earn three times the rent income posted for the property, you CANNOT have any prior evictions on your record, you must have a detailed reference pool from previous landlords, (failure to give and report real landlords will result in the immediate termination of your application), you must also provide a list of personal references. Questions that you will be asked include but are not limited to; What vehicle do you drive? Who will occupy the property? Have you ever broken a rental agreement? Have you ever been evicted? Have you committed a crime or misdemeanor? Are you using a controlled substance? Failure to answer these questions honestly and any other further questions will terminate your application. We will also be running a background and credit check on each prospective tenant. Both first month and last month rent will be asked for upfront no questions asked. This relationship will excel if both sides are clear and truthful. Ability to follow these rules may result in a negotiable factor for rent payment. I look forward to meeting with you.
