We have 2 and 3 bedroom apartment home available for rent. 2 bedrooms - $1,543 3 bedrooms - $1,776 All rents include water sewage and trash. Gas and electricity are separate. Deposits start at $300 and can be as high as $1000. application fee is $50 per adults and out holding deposit is $150 which will be applied towards security deposit if approved. If not approved 150 will be returned. We are low income housing!!
