First month's rent plus security deposit is required upon signing the lease (roughly $2000). This is a one bedroom PARTIALLY FURNISHED side by side non-smoking duplex located one block from 90th South TRAX station. The living room is fully furnished including a large flatscreen TV. The bedroom is unfurnished. Please see the photos for included furniture. Master Rentals owns the unit which is currently available. There is a shared laundry room with included washer and dryer. Forced air furnace and Window AC. There is no dishwasher. One small pet is allowed. Master Rentals pays for utilities including internet. Tenant will pay a flat rate of $175 per month for utilities. An additional $50 per month for utilities will be charged per accepted adult on the contract. This unit rarely comes available and is always in high demand due to the proximity of the TRAX station.
