Located in Orem is the quiet apartments of Promenade Place. This is a student housing apartment but anyone can rent this room. You'd be having your own room, You will be sharing a living space with 3 other roommates. They've been pretty chill in my experience. The pictures you see are just example of what the apartment can look like. Though my roommates clean up after themselves. Aside from that, is super close to the frontrunner station and UVX station (10 minutes by walking) and close to the UVU campus (20 minutes by walking, 7 minutes by car) You are free to ask the staff about this listing.
