I am renting out my personal home while I live abroad for a year. I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful who will love and take care of the place as much as I do. The home has fiber internet available from multiple providers, and most rooms have ethernet ports. Appliances include a high end dishwasher, induction stove with convection oven, and an extra large capacity smart washer and dryer. The kitchen countertops are scheduled to be replaced before the end of January. The HVAC is fairly new, and the attic is well insulated. The yard is .11 acres, fully fenced backyard. Most of the landscaping is perennials with automatic irrigation. There are even some empty garden boxes too if you want to try out your green thumb this year. There is a patio space with picnic table and propane BBQ. The garage has electricity and space if you want to use it for shop projects. The driveway has room for 2+ off-street cars, 520 bus stop around the corner (which goes to Delta Center and SL Central Station).
