I'm selling my lease for a cute private bedroom at 900 Factory! I have really liked living here, I just want to move back down to Salt Lake. I'll be moving out May 2 and making sure everything is nice and clean on May 3rd, so you can move in as early as May 4th (or even afternoon/evening on May 3rd). Let me know if you'd like to tour it, we can work out a time. :) It's on the upper level of the Malibu floorplan and shares a bathroom with one other girl. Comes with a desk, chair, full size bed with mattress, and a dresser that splits in 2 (you can stack it or split it to fit under the bed). The kitchen has 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. :) There is a bus stop right outside and Logan busses are FREE for everyone, not just students. The Factory also has LOTS of bike racks, you'll just need a sticker for it so they don't assume it's abandoned. I love how close I am to everything! I don't have to drive more than 5 minutes for most of the places I go in town. The Factory also has a gym, yoga room, conference room, cinema room, game room, volleyball net, and double-decker hot tub. Rent is currently $500, but I do believe it will be going up in the fall (lease ends mid August), so just be aware of that. Utilities (including internet) is a flat rate of $75, and there's also a monthly $12 renter's liability charge. Parking passes are $75/month. It is optional, but street parking availability ebbs and flows, so you might have to walk a bit sometimes if you go that route. Also, a lot of people do it, but technically the city doesn't want us parking on the street during the winter (there's less space to park anyway when the plows can't clear it). They also have an optional credit-building program for $8.95/month, which reports your rent payments to help you build or improve credit. So you're looking at a total of $587/month + parking pass if applicable and CreditLift if desired. The security deposit is $200 and there is a one time $110 charge.
