I’m selling my private room in the factory. It’s on the second floor of the Malibu appt. The building has a hot tub, volleyball court, gym, movie room, study room, and yoga room. I found a new place and I’m trying to sell this one ASAP, or for summer, so first come first serve!! My lease is up in August and March and April are already paid for so you only have to cover the last 3 months of the contract! My current roommates are super sweet and quiet:)
