It is a nice home, with your own private bathroom and living room ( I can move the furniture shown in photo with the plants and desk or you can use it if you wish) I have a second living room adjacent with my tv and couch that I will wish to use as my space in evenings to watch shows otherwise more than welcome to use as well. Shared kitchen, nice yard, with a covered patio, and barbecue you can use. Some storage space available for gear and such in garage. This is a safe, quiet, peaceful living arrangement meant for positive chill people as there is a long term tenant living on the first floor below in their own private separated apartment. We do not share the space with the tenant below.
