Comfortable 4/2 bed/bath home, larger than normal for the neighborhood. I have had as a rental for 20 years. I just put in new furnace and A/C ($12k). Originally it was a 2/1 home, a 2 story split level addition was done about 1980 to add a master bedroom and master bath upstairs and family room or 4th bedroom downstairs. The Master bedoom is at the other end of the house from the original 2 bedrooms, so there is separation and privacy, plus a steam shower in the master bathroom. It has a nice open flow from front entry into the living room, around a corner to the kitchen and a separate dining room. There is a mud room and laundry at the back entry. There is a large yard with mature trees, sprinkler system, and a barbeque area. A long carport on north side is big enough for 2 cars plus concrete side parking for an RV or 2-3 more cars. Renters are in the house until mid May, so don't bother the occupants. The price is as is, but it will probably need some refreshing before move-in that will be negotiable. It is close to the Layton mall.
