Yoooo, I have a little room for rent in a small apartment that's within a quiet house. (Top Floor) I don't exactly need a roommate but entertaining the idea of one if it's a good fit. I've lived here alone for about two years. Ideally looking for someone's who's relatively normal, picks up after themselves and can keep it down at night. Also, not a party place. I basically just like to rot in bed and keep to myself, but super important that the house be peaceful and respectful. On my end I'm essentially just a creative, snowboarding, nerd. I like to cook! I'm really introverted and i simply want to do my own thing in peace. The place is super warm, and I think its cozy. Great location and it is affordable in my opinion. I will say the biggest flaw is that there's no laundry unit. So unfortunately, you will have to go elsewhere for that, but there are some decent places close by! I especially like 4th Street Laundry.
