The studio has a kitchenette with a countertop-mounted electric stove, a stainless steel fridge, and a built-in microwave oven. You won't need a car to live here as everything is within walking distance, but a dedicated parking spot is available if you have a vehicle. Gas and electricity are shared and you will be paying one-third. Shared Internet is available or you can get your own wireless internet.
