The studio has a kitchenette with a countertop-mounted electric stove, a stainless steel fridge, and a built-in microwave oven. You won't need a car to live here as everything is within walking distance, but a dedicated parking spot is available if you have a vehicle. For utilities, gas and electricity are shared. For internet, google fiber is available and can be shared or you can get your own wireless internet. For water and all other utilities and services, there is a flat $50 fee per month.
