Room Available Starting October 1st We have a room up for grabs in our three-bedroom house. This room is on the main floor and shares a bathroom, while the other bedrooms are upstairs. We're in a quiet neighborhood with a prime location – you can walk to the grocery store, Liberty Park, and the 9th and 9th strip in under 5 minutes. Currently, two of us, a guy and a gal in our late twenties, call this place home. We both work in the outdoor industry and aren't home much. We prefer a clean and calm living space, but we do enjoy occasional gatherings with friends. We don't have a preference for a male or female roommate. We already have a 6lb, shy but sweet cat who mostly hangs out upstairs, and a friendly Brittany Spaniel dog. The landlord has requested we do not bring in any more animals. The home comes with a small garage and some basement storage space. Outside, we have a roomy front yard with a lovely porch, and a spacious backyard with comfy deck seating. Year-round yard maintenance is required. We will all be splitting the cost for covering gas, electricity, and WiFi, but we've got solar panels that help keep those bills manageable with responsible use.
