This is a small, old house. It technically has 2 bed rooms, but one is super small. Its old and cute, not new.. It has a new fridge and windows. Carpet is a year old. Normal wear. Good for an individual. Handy man or someone who is ok in an older home. Has a front and back yard to maintain. Dont mind the blanket over the window- we were replacing them all.
