Looking for someone to pick up our lease. The lease is due December 2023. We are the first ones who moved to this apartment because the building has been just built - everything is new. Walmart is just across the street, two blocks away there's Walgreens, Smith's. Also right next to the building there's European store. Pet friendly. I currently live with my mom, but I'm about to move to another state, and she doesn't need 2 bed apartment. That's why we're moving out. Otherwise it's a great place and we would have stayed. There are furniture on the photos, but we will take the furniture with us. We might leave behind queen bedframe, drawer and a nightstand - if you're interested we may sell if for you with a big discount. We will cover all the application fees, security deposits etc. When moving you'll just need $1800 for the first month rent. Except if you have a pet - pet deposit will be on you. Moving date is June 1st. Right now on the website they offer $2029 for this apartment. And during summer the prices will go high due to wave of students.
