This location puts you into downtown Salt Lake in 7 minutes, so its a great place to live without spending a fortune in gas to get to work. We do not allow smoking or pets. There is no pool, exercise room or dog park, but we don't charge extra for them either. Comcast or Centurylink are the internet providers and allow each tenant to choose who they want. We do not charge large manditory cable charges to offset our mortgage costs like many others around us. We just offer a well maintained apartment in a good location for a fair price with no gimics.
