I’m looking for a kind and responsible person to rent a room in my home. I’d prefer to have an LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+-friendly roommate. Here are more details! I have a mattress that's had a protector on it its whole life that somebody could use if wanted and needed. If somebody moves in with their own mattress, I will remove the one that's currently pictured in the room. The property is in West Jordan, just off Mountain View Corridor. The individual in this space will have their own private bedroom and bathroom, plus access to shared kitchen and common areas. Rent will be $750 per month, *which includes all utilities.* The bedrooms are up two flights of stairs. I have a little labradoodle. Her name is Ginny. She’s pretty energetic, but friendly (and adorable, in my opinion!). She wanted to sneak into some of the pictures of the room. :) Note: The whole house is about 1,250 square feet.
