Quite neighborhood, decent house. In house washer and dryer. Nice place in a central location, best in town for the price. All rent and fees are not expected to go above 530 per person. In reality this is usually lower. I am not the landlord. I'm looking for a third roomate. My intent is to find a person, have them meet me and the other roomate, and look over the place. If we like you, we will invite you to apply with the landlord. Looking for immediate move in on approval. Preferably looking for another male. Less drama that way.
