My boyfriend and I, have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Saratoga Springs. Free laundry access on the same floor, free wi-if, your own bathroom ( note: the bathroom and bedroom are not connected.) All utilities are included in the price. You also have the option of a separate entrance. Parking is limited- street parking only. We are both working professionals and I am a full time student, so we are looking for someone mellow. We are non smokers but don’t care if you smoke outside. We have 2 small dogs which is the most we can have in our community, so no dogs or cats. We could talk about any other animals.
