I have 1 private furnished room with brand new arpet, a large closet and shared full bath in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views plus easy access to 215 and both Cottonwood Canyons (5 minutes away). Be almost anywhere in the valley in 20 minutes! Groceries and other amenities less than a mile away. I am currently in Alaska for the summer and don't plan to be onsite. I have friends staying there currently on an ad-hoc basis but am looking for a renter through September. You'd basically have the whole place to yourself. Possible that it will be available after that but no guarantees. Room has a full size memory foam bed, nightstand and a motorized desk for easy work/study at home. Ceiling fan with light for comfort. Excellent views of the valley (you can see to downtown and the lake) and sunset from your bedroom plus awesome views from the quiet, landscaped yard. Bathroom may be shared with one other person. Shared space on the first floor including kitchen and laundry area. High speed WiFi with great signal strength throughout the house, Hot tub/fire pit usage and washer/dryer included. Off street parking in driveway. 2 decks (front and back). Room for limited storage of gear/stuff. You will likely be living with others and expected to treat your fellow housemates, the furnishings, the neighbors and the house with kindness and respect. Cleaning up after yourself, in common areas and your own room, is mandatory. Wearing headphones is strongly encouraged. No smoking, on premise or in the home. No illegal drug usage, no legal drug abuse. Quiet, welcoming place to live a good life. Damage deposit equal to one months rent and first month's rent due before moving in. Application required.
