Walk-out basement provides an open feel with good lighting. Small washer and Dryer available in a shared space. Utilities and wifi are included. Some of our house rules include: * Tenants remove snow from their driveway and walkway * No pets allowed * Please have your own PO box for mail * Be respectful with respect to noise * Turn off lights and to to save energy * Small loads of laundry to avoid damaging the machine * Ensure doors are locked when leaving * 6 month lease terms * No smoking, alcohol, or drug misuse allowed
