If you're a guy and want to live in a house that is convenient for transportation this is the spot! Only a 3-minute drive to get to the Front Runner and I-15. Other locations within 5 minutes are Walmart, Macy's, Target, In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, and so much more. There is a main upstairs room and a basement for entertainment, a large laundry, and a storage area. The backyard includes a pergola, shed, and a peach tree! All the rooms are occupied however the Master bedroom and smaller room just recently opened up due to a marriage and a job that is out of state for previous tenants. There are currently 3 guys living in the house as a whole. Plenty of space with having both floors along with the private room. The rates are $650 for the smaller room and $700 for the master bedroom. Utilities are split among everyone in the home which means if 5 people are living in the house then it's split 5 ways which helps lower the cost of utilities for everyone in the house.
