For rent is a single bedroom. It shares a separate full bathroom with one other tenant. It shares a spacious kitchen, family room, living room, and dining area with three other tenants. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, an electric convection oven, gas stove top and microwave. There is a large walk-in pantry. Kitchen cabinet space is shared per renter. Community living areas are furnished and the bedroom may be furnished or unfurnished, as needed by the tenant. The house is ideally located close to the freeway, many "Silicon Slope" companies, schools, and shopping centers. All utilities, internet, yard care, and snow removal are provided by the landlord. It is located in an upper middle class neighborhood. Bedroom doors have keyed locks. The exterior door is dead bolted with a personal entry keycode for each tenant. Off street parking is available. The house is only being rented out to single females. Smoking, drinking, non prescription/recreational drugs are not permitted on premise. Absolutely no dogs or cats allowed. No non family overnight guests are permitted. Please don't ask. All interested applicants will need to fill out an application and be interviewed by the property manager who lives there prior to approval. Prior landlord references are required. Tenants who keep a clean and tidy house will be considered before others. There is a deposit of one month rent. The entire deposit is refundable depending upon cleanliness of areas used by tenant after moving out. Refunds are paid usually within five days of moving out.
