Rent is $315 a month, and utilities are $50 a month, causing the total costs to be $365 a month. The unit is fully furnished with a bed and desk, kitchen appliances, and a TV. The complex has a clubhouse and pool table, a hot tub, a firepit, a movie room, and a common study area. There is a laundry room available, and a private parking lot. I can give you my parking pass, which will waive the usual fee of $300 for one. I have loved living here, I am simply not returning to school for Spring Semester.
