Each apartment has been remodeled/updated inside and includes: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, laundry room, private patio, and backyard lawn area. There is a lot of closet storage available in these apartments. Each apartment has 2 parking places. You may also arrange free space to park a trailer, boat, RV, etc. For utilities, we will pay sewer, water, and garbage. The tenant will be responsible for heat and electricity. The apartments have a strict no smoking/vaping policy. No pets. Apartments are private and quiet with large trees and beautiful perennial flowerbeds. The apartments have a quiet, safe, clean, family-friendly environment. We are looking for individuals or families who are meticulous housekeepers, with no loud music or parties, no smoking, and no drinking in excess.
