All utilities (gas, water, sewer, electric, internet) are a flat $150/month. Laundry is available upstairs. Parking available on street or in driveway. Rent is $1535/month. Deposit was first month's rent and utilities. *Rent may be reduced for renters living alone.* Requirements include income of 2x or more rent and passing a background check. No smoking or drugs.
