This private room is furnished, and the apartment has a fully functioning kitchen. Laundry is in the building. The apartment has two assigned parking spots and more spots around the complex. The BYU shuttle and city buses run close to this apartment, making it easy to get around. Rent is $570 plus utilities, which tend to run around $20. I am willing to PAY FOR THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT.
