Looking to sell my contract. The rental period ends on 08/08/2022. The apartment is clean and in good shape, and my 3 current roommates are nice. All appliances are functioning well and the washer/dryer was recently upgraded. The bedroom is about 8x11 square feet, excluding the closet space. It comes with a desk, a bed frame and mattress, and a chair. The bedroom door is lockable. Rent is $519 a month, but I am willing to subsidize it by $40 for the next 4 months (the remaining duration of the contract). There is also a $25 fee for TV and high speed internet, an optional $15 parking pass, $11 for renter's insurance, and a variable amount for other utilities. Factoring in utilities, my average rent payment has been $567 (But it would be $527 if you buy this contract.)
