This apartment has a private entrance, and completely separate from the rest of the residence. Unit has a private deck and large backyard area. There is no parking on the property but there is always plenty of street parking. The unit has a ductless mini split AC/Heater system, its own water heater, and a washer/dryer unit. There is a tile walk in shower. There's a built in couch seating area with a beautiful view. Please note, in order to access this unit the tenant must walk up a driveway and several sets of stairs. Maximum occupancy is two people. Smoking and/or the use of e-cigarettes/vaping devices inside the home, or anywhere on the property, is strictly prohibited. An application must be completed for each occupant 18 years of age or older, unless deemed an adult under applicable law. A non-refundable application fee, if applicable, must be paid by each Applicant before an application will be processed.
