Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom are for rent in Cottonwood Heights. I live on the bottom floor of the house part time because I am at work for two months and back on the property for two months. That means as the tenet, you will have the house to yourself for half the year. You can live in the top two bedrooms and bathroom as you need, whether one is your bedroom and the other is your office or you just want the other bedroom for storage. Additionally you will have access to the living room, kitchen, backyard, access to washer/ dryer, and space in the garage for gear ( no cars allowed in the garage). They will be able to park on the side driveway year round. $1700 a month and you will split the electric, water and gas bill with me.
