Private Room in Vivian Park House. (male) Shared bathroom with one clean roommate. 3 other roommates in the house. All great guys. I LOVED living here, only moving for a job. The private room is pretty large (that's a full size bed in the photo) Great kitchen (gas stove, two sinks, granite counters) floor heating Not too far from BYU/UVU, right next to Sundance. I loved going on runs on the provo river trail and doing cold plunges in the river. Bald eagles in the late winter/early spring. Everything in the room is mine, the room will be emptied and professionally cleaned.
