A shared room with super fun roommates! There is a full bath upstairs, a half bath downstairs, a kitchen, and a living room. There is also a washer and dryer. The lease ends on the first week of May. I will give you my parking pass so that you do not have to park on the street. This place is about a 5 minute walk to campus, and like a one minute drive. It has a pool and there are volleyball nets that are also within walking distance. There is a $39.99 fee due at the first of every month that is for utility fees. Overall it is a generally large place and worth every penny. It is a great place to make more friends. The girls even do fun activities on certain nights, like Bachelor nights!
