The Tew Apartments don't have long-term contracts, no high move-in costs, no parking enforcement, and on-site laundry facilities. We consistently have a long waiting list for new tenants because of BYU, UVU, and the freeway close to the location. One month's deposit and first month's rent due at signing. No Parking enforcement. On-site coin-operated laundry—great condition apartments with constant upgrades. Roomy, lots of storage inside units. Free Google Fiber internet to each unit. Free DirectTV to each unit. None of the units is furnished. Units include Fridge, Stove, and NO Microwave. No pets are allowed at any time. The owner pays for gas, Water, and Garbage. Tenant Pays Electricity (40-50). We conduct background and credit checks on all new applicants. There is a fee of $50 for this. All rent is due on the first day of the month. We don't offer grace periods. The late fee is 50 for the first day and 1 for each day after that till the rent and the late fee are paid in full. We do not accept cash for rent; we only accept checks or cashier's checks.
