We have a private master room available June 8 for a female tenant, a nice bedroom with a private bathroom and door to an outside patio. Tons of storage, vaulted ceilings, natural light, off-street parking, and the place has been well-maintained and is clean! The utilities average around $80 each month. There is a cat and hypoallergenic small dog living here, both chill and well-behaved, and we (myself and another awesome girl living upstairs) work hard to keep the place in great shape. In general, the downstairs part of the house will be furnished, but there's lot of room for decorating too! No smoking, heavy drinking, additional pets not allowed, no couples or children please.
