We'll rent as a single bedroom for $200 less, or as listed here as a 2-bedroom. To enter the second bedroom you must pass through the first. So fine for kids in the second room, but maybe not ideal for roommates. Rent is $1190 per month, with all utilities included for an additional $100 ($1,290 total). While I wish I could make exceptions, I’m unable to rent to tenants with poor credit. I've learned from experience—after dozens of rentals—that people with poor credit often don't treat me well.
