We're across the street from a historic park and easy walking distance to Alpine Elementary, which is a designated school with a Chinese immersion program. Rent is $990 per month and all utilities are included for an additional $100 per month ($1090 total). As much as I want to help good people with poor credit, I can't. I've rented to dozens of people and my poor experiences have been with poor credit tenants. (Dang! I wish I had better experiences so I could help out others in a tough spot!!) No pets, no smoking. PLEASE DON'T DRIVE TO APARTMENT WITHOUT CALLING FIRST. Neither the KSL map nor GPS show the precise location. You get all your deposit back if you stay for 24 months (mutually agreed) and leave apartment without damage. If you don't stay 24 months we'll retain $150 to clean carpets and paint.
