We are restoring our historic 1850’s house to be ready for renters to join us this summer (starting August 1st, but open to negotiate move in date / offer prorated rent). Because the house is currently being renovated, few current pictures are available. If you’re interested, we can keep you updated on progress (we have an Instagram account tracking what gets done!) Because the house is currently being renovated, if you have experience with handiwork or landscaping, like carpentry, wall construction, flooring, irrigation, etc — there is a possibility of rent reduction of up to 100% ! Rooms will be ~$700-$800, utilities included in price. Rooms range from 13’x13’ to 10’-16’x15’ (L shaped room). 2 rooms will be available (the smaller, $600 room is no longer available, a relative of the owner is staying in it). There is also storage space on property. Current occupants are all mid 20's - low 30's. We are open to any gender, but only looking for open-minded, fun, and kind people to join. No smoking inside the house, but no other moral/social requirements as long as you are respectful. We have been generally sharing expenses like groceries and having meals together often, which an ideal candidate would be open to (I’m a really good cook lol).
